Please use our Help Desk to request all IT support from Medical & Legal Business Services.
The products currently covered by our Help Desk include:
- DictaNet Digital Dictation System
- ScribeForce
- e-Learning courses (OTAP) for the British Society of Medical Secretaries and Administrators
- Philips Speech Exec software and Philips dictation/ transcription devices
We have created a Knowledge Base which contains training presentations and videos for DictaNet and ScribeForce as well as a list of frequently asked questions for these products. There is also a list of common support issues with details of how to resolve them.
Please make sure that you have checked the FAQ in the Knowledge Base before requesting a support ticket.
Our Business Hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays. Your support tickets are automatically allocated to our support engineers and we aim to resolve your support request within a few hours. Please indicate if your support request is urgent and we will respond as soon as possible.
Please note that we are unable to accept telephone calls unless the requests are very urgent.
